Solar EPC Solutions

C&I rooftop, ground-mounted & utility scale, elevated solar car parking, floating solar.

What this is

Photovoltaic generation built where the site allows it — on a roof, on the ground, over a car park, or on water. The panels are broadly the same in every case; almost nothing else is.

A rooftop system is governed by the structure beneath it: what the roof can carry, how it is fixed, and how wind acts on an array raised above it. A ground-mount is governed by land and terrain, by how the array is anchored, and by how far the power has to travel to a connection point. A carport carries vehicle loads and clearances a roof never sees. Floating adds anchoring, water-level variation and cable management. The engineering that separates a good installation from a poor one is mostly in those differences.

Where it fits

  • Factories and warehouses with large uninterrupted roof area
  • Campuses and institutions with land available beside the load
  • Sites where the roof is the binding constraint rather than the electricity bill
  • Car parks and covered yards where the structure earns twice

What the work involves

  1. Site survey, shadow analysis and structural assessment
  2. Energy yield modelling against the site’s own consumption profile
  3. Single-line diagram, protection scheme and structural design
  4. Procurement of modules, inverters, mounting and balance of system
  5. Installation, cable routing, earthing and lightning protection
  6. Testing, commissioning and grid connection with the DISCOM
  7. As-built documentation and handover

Worth knowing

Metering is a state question, not a national one

Whether surplus is exported under net metering, net billing or gross metering — and at what credit — is set by the state commission and the distribution licensee, not centrally. Two identical roofs in two states can have materially different economics, so it is worth settling before the system is sized rather than after.

How every project runs

One accountable team from the first site visit to the maintenance years afterwards. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor at the seams.
